During the lockout, the Haryana state government declared that it will issue e-passes in the state to provide essential/non-essential facilities for its citizens. These passes are only provided to people who engage in any form of disaster or in the provision of the necessary services. One can apply for these curfew passes via the online portal "Saral Haryana."

Documents can only be submitted if the applicants are connected with vital facilities as provided by the government or have any significant emergencies such as emergency conditions etc.

  • Submitting the application will not ensure that the applicant gets the pass.
  • The final decision for the issue of movement pass depends on the local administration.
  • Movement passes will be issued only after the detailed scrutiny and document verification of the applicants.
  • In case applicants submit false information then serious action will be taken against them.
  • On the day of moving, one should carry valid id proof along with the movement pass.

Saral Haryana Curfew Pass Registration Process:

If you are not registered with the portal, then you have to register first. Check the registration process given as under-

Step 1: Open the official website. You can start the registration process by opening the official portal of Saral portal i.e. Registration Link

Step 2: Click on "Register Here"

Step 3: Now, the registration form will appear and you have to enter all the details in the space provided. Now click on the "Validate" button. 

Step 4: After validating the details, your registration will be completed and you will get a registration Id

How to fill the Application form for the Haryana epass?

After successful registration, you can continue to fill the application form. Follow the below steps:

  • Start open the Saral portal and click on the login button.
  • Enter the login Id, password, and type the captcha code. Now, click on the "Submit" button.
  •  To Apply Services, click on the left menu bar, click on "Apply Services" option and all the available services will appear
  • Now, click on the COVID-19 lockdown/curfew pass option.
  • Now, the application form will appear on the screen and you have to fill all the details- person details, vehicle details, additional personal details, etc.
  • Fill the word verification and click on the "Submit" button.
  • You can also preview the form. For this, click on the submit button a 'Preview of application form'. You have to recheck the details and proceed further.
  • Applicants should attach Annexure also. You have to attach the required documents. You have to attach an id card and a document to support the purpose. Now, click on "Save Annexure" tab and proceed further
  • After attaching annexure, a preview of the application form will appear. You can again check the details.
  • After double-checking the form, you have to click on the submit tab and a final acknowledgment slip will appear on the screen.
  • Download the slip for further reference.
  • After applying, your application form will be forwarded for approval.
  • As per the state guidelines, the Movement Pass shall be provided after detailed scrutiny and verification of documents and reasons provided by the citizen on a case by case basis. In case any information submitted is found to be false, legal action under the law shall be initiated.
